1 ¼ cup oats
½ cup yoghurt
½ cup milk
2 cups oats
½ cup brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1 packet of baking powder (11g)
3 mashed bananas
¼ cup oil
Add the first three ingredients to a bowl, stir together and put to one side.
Put the remaining oats into a blender and blend until a fine flour then mix in the brown sugar, spices and baking powder.
Add the bananas, oil and egg to the other wet ingredients and mix well then add to the dry ingredients.
Stir until just combined then half-fill cases with the mixture and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
