RECIPES

At the moment we have 4 great helpers staying, James and Conor from Ireland, Zoë from Northern Ireland and Claire-Bear from Cornwall.

James is the most amazing chef – and we are going to be adding some our favourite recipes to keep ourselves entertained during the rainy days!  So keep an eye out for the delicious treats.  Claire and Zoë are both promising their contributions too.  Claire has already made Outrageously Good Flapjacks, improved my Oat and Banana Muffins and created a delicious Cherry Clafoutis.  The only hitch is that it is impossible to cook if James is around, because he is big on “suggestions”.  These are some of the recipes we have been enjoying.
