Put into the blender the following ingredients:
2 chillies
5 cm of fresh ginger
3 cloves of garlic
½ cup of vinegar
1½ cups of water
1 cup of sugar
Pour this mixture into a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add 3 dessertspoons of cornflour mixed in a little water.
Keep on a low heat and stir until thickened.
